Ray Watkins -

Before becoming a partner in Inspire Excellence, Ray Watkins was a Managing Partner in Premier Contracts Agency LLC (PCA). Prior to that Ray headed BT's Alliance Consulting team, which was involved in the building and developing of new business ventures around the world. He has held a variety of senior management positions in telecommunications over 30 years with wide international experience.

Tony Stevens -

Tony Stevens has 5 years global experience as a Principal Consultant in the telecommunications sector. Previously a Divisional Director with BT, he has held senior positions in operational management, organisational development and human resources over more than 30 years.

Mike Harley -

Mike Harley held a variety of Customer Service management, IT and Change Management posts in BT over a period of 18 years, followed by 3 years as Manager, Professional Development, for e-peopleserve, (BT joint venture with Accenture). More recently, he has acted as an independent training consultant, working in the UK and Africa.
